Five stars doesn’t do Joe enough justice! From the time he first called us to explain the buying process to the day of closing he was nothing short of phenomenal. His attention to detail and his honesty are just two of the many things that make him wonderful to work with. Joe was able to guide us through numerous showings and gave us honest, real feedback about homes we were considering. He truly wants the best for the buyer and the seller which is incredibly hard to find nowadays. We can’t recommend him enough!

I’ve known Joe for a long time so I already knew I was in great hands. Back in 2020, my wife and I were newly engaged and looking to rent somewhere. Joe suggested we look into buying and that’s just what he helped us do. Joe sold us our house back in 2020 and then helped us sell our house again in 2024. He took care of everything for us while I was away for 6 weeks at Navy Officer Development School, to the point where I could be completely hands off. Joe took care of us and helped set us up with a house that was perfect for us for 4 years and then turned into a great investment. Prior to COVID 19 my Girlfriend and I were searching for a home in the West GA area. We had changed our search during COVID to stay closer to our current home and were introduced to Joe through a friend and realtor in Carrollton.We never looked back and after talking to many realtors through the process Joe was the most professional, responsive and in sync with our desires for our dream home. It wasnt easy at the beginning as we were super picky and all over the place with house, lot and location. After seeing about 8 homes with Joe we found "The One". Joe went right to work and we got the sad news it was Under Contract. Joe assured us that he will watch this home and do everything he can that if there is any hiccup we will get our shot. He immediately called the other realtor and let us know the process on Tuesday.Shortly after placing a bid on a house we liked for the land more than the house...we got a call from Joe at 8:40pm on a Thursday, he said I just got a call, you guys want to hear the good news!!!
